The Bahamas Lawn Tennis Association congratulates Elana Mackey on her Finals appearance at a Level 7 USTA tennis tournament in Key Biscayne, Florida.
During the tournament Elana played very well winning over Romina Zamora 6-1, 6-1, she then faced the 2nd seed Lyshko where she won in two sets 6-2, 6-1. In the semis, Elana played the 4th seed Alarcon where she won in 3 sets after losing the 1st set 2-6 she then gained momentum winning the next two sets 6-4 and 10-7. In the Finals Elana faced the number 3 seed Popovic, she fought but lost.
