Bahamian Justin Roberts participated in the M25 in Fayetteville, Arizona. Justin teamed up with Antiguan Jody Maginley in doubles; the dynamite duo won a doubles championship in Cancun this summer.
In the Round 16 Justin and Jody won over Dunbar, Jacob (USA) and FOX, David (Great Britain) 6-3 3-6 [12-10]. In Quarterfinals they faced Austin (USA) / TOULIATOS, Preston (USA) winning in another close match 4-6 7-6(5) 11-9. In the semifinals, the Caribbean duo faced BUTSCH, Justin (USA) and LOVETT, Korey (USA).
Justin represented the Bahamas in the Pan American Games this year. He is the top ranked Bahamian tennis player who sits currently at
766 on the ATP tour and 364 on the ITF World Tennis Singles. Justin and Jody fell short today in the semifinals. The Bahamas Lawn Tennis Association wishes Justin much success on his tennis journey.
