Hannah-Joy Simms and the Brescia Bearcats will play today in the River State Conference championships at the Top Seed Tennis Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
The Bearcats closed out the regular season with a win over Ohio Christian University 7-0. Hannah-Joy who is a senior has been a major contributor to the team playing the #2 singles.
The championships get started at 8 a.m. today with the quarterfinals and semifinals. Brescia will face the No. 1 seed IU East who claimed the top spot on the women’s bracket.
The Bahamas Lawn Tennis Association (BLTA) congratulates Hannah-Joy on a great run to the RSC championships and all the best to the Bearcats in today’s quarterfinals match.
