The Bahamas Lawn Tennis Association (BLTA) Junior Tennis Nationals has come to a successful end. The event was held at the National Tennis Centre with categories from U8-U18 competing for the coveted Junior National Champion. Tennis Nationals for 2020 was cancelled due to Covid and tennis juniors all over The Bahamas participated in this
year’s Nationals held June 19th – June 24th. The quality of play was outstanding and the players were excited to showcase their talent at the Annual Jr. Nationals.

The Bahamas Lawn Tennis Association (BLTA) congratulates all the participants, winners and finalists. Special mention is given to the Double Crown winners Kaylee Kanuka(Girls U18 and U16) and Cory Conyers(Boys U10 and U8) and to Patrick Mactaggart who went perfect in the tournament in the U12 Boys category, not dropping a game.
The BLTA expresses appreciation to Caribbean Landscape Ltd, Limeade Bahamas, and The Street Trader Limited who sponsored this prestigious event.
Appreciation is also extended to Tournament Referee, Everette Munroe Tournament Director Tara Mactaggart, Mr. Mickey Williams and the team of court umpires.
